Ubisoft has confirmed that Assassin's Creed Syndicate Jack the Ripper paid DLC is set to arrive on Xbox One, PS4, and PC Tuesday this week. The game publisher has also released a trailer to provide a sneak peek on what they'd be paying for.

As reported by GameSpot, the soon-to-be-released Jack the Ripper DLC for Assssin's Creed Syndicate takes place two decades following the happenings in the main game. Players will see Evie Frye, one of central protagonists, sent off on a mission to hunt down and stop a notorious mysterious killer.

The events on the upcoming DLC is described on the official PlayStation blog which reads, "Twenty years after Jacob and Evie liberated London from the grasp of Starrick's Templars, Scotland Yard is unable to catch the serial killer, Detective Abberline is calling upon Evie Frye to put an end to the Ripper's terror."

Such mission to kill The Ripper won't come easy for Evie Frye, though, as the former owns similar skill set as that of the Assassins like her. Moreover, Lead mission designer Benjamin Dumaz for Assassin's Creed Syndicate Jack the Ripper DLC has revealed on his PlayStation blog that this expansion will have a totally new gameplay system. "With the fear system, you will scare away your opponents or use friendly fire at your advantage," Dumaz stated.

For those who own an Assassin's Creed Syndicate Season Pass will automatically receive an instant access to the add-ons and other items, to wit; The Last Maharaja mission pack, Streets of London gameplay pack, Long Night mission, exclusive and permanent XP boost, Steampunk Pack and Victorian Legends Pack.

Players can also opt to purchase Jack the Ripper DLC separately at $14.99 this Tuesday, Dec.15, Latino Post wrote. Before making such purchasing decision, fans can check out the new trailer for Jack The Ripper posted on YouTube. [Watch]
