The hit mobile game app Fallout Shelter released by Bethesda on iOS and Android devices this year has recently received patch 1.3 which has notedly introduced pets, reports Attack of the Fanboy. The vault dwellers can now own their respective four-legged companions such as a German Shepherd Dogmeat.
In addition, as reported by Game Radar, players will be able to avail of a free Pet Carrier from the new Fallout Shelter update. They can open it like a Vault-Tech Lunchbox and grab more through in-app purchases.
Other than having adorable pets, players will also be able to get special bonuses and those who are after gaining great bonuses should choose to acquire pets of rarer kind. These pets serve as third piece of equipment on top of outfit and weapon. Some of these companions can work inside the Vault or assist in exploration.
According to iDigitalTimes, each dog and cat can be availed via app store and Google Playstore for $0.99. However, those who will purchase five pets need only to pay $2.99 and save around $2.
The patch notes of Fallout Shelter patch 1.3 have been detailed on the iOS App Store and once it is installed, overseers of the vault will now have the power to kick out lazy dwellers into the Wasteland. The game dev has also included useful strategies in order to impress and flirt with dwellers.
Moreover, Dweller Management improvements and new objectives are added to provide help to overseers to run the vault operations as well as they can. A sell all option is also featured in the new update for gamers who want to get rid of excess in their inventories.
Developed by Bethesda, Fallout 4 is a mobile video game first made available on iOS back in June and months later on Android platforms. The game will enable players take on a main mission to create a ideal Vault, keep the dwellers happy, and make them safe from the perils of the Wasteland.
