Microsoft Studios has already made it official that they will be releasing the first DLC of Rise of the Tomb Raider next year titled Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch. The game developer, Crystal Dynamics, has released a new update patch for the same title, for both Xbox One and Xbox 360 platforms.
Crystal Dynamics and Microsoft Studios have recently revealed the latest trailer for the expansion pack entitled Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch. At the recently held Game Awards 2015, Crystal Dynamics and Microsoft Studios gave a sneak peek on what the Rise of the Tomb Raider DLC will be all about, reported Realty Today.
In Rise of the Tomb Raider, players will start off in a forest setting where a Russian expedition team disappears without leaving any traces behind. It is believed that the said incident was done by a temple witch called Baba Yaga. Lara Croft goes out into the forest to search for a missing man but she ends up discovering something else.
To those who have a Season Pass, they may download Rise of the Tomb Raider DLC for free, together with a ton of other add-ons, reported Tech Times. This includes Silver, Gold, Advantage, Challenge, and Wild Expedition Card Packs. The new expansion pack will come with a new bow and outfit, new puzzled-ridden tomb, new enemies to bring down, and an old mystery to solve.
Currently, Crystal Dynamics is busy working on with the PS4 and PC version of Rise of the Tomb Raider. The game developer also released a new update patch for both Xbox One and Xbox 360 platforms, aside from making a couple of other fixes to the game, reported Attack of the Fanboy.
Expect the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC version of the game in the first quarter of 2016. With all the patch updates, upcoming DLC, and new features, it seems like Rise of the Tomb Raider will soon become a huge success.
