Paramore Bassist Jeremy Davis Leaves the Band After 10 Years

After being a part of Paramore for over 10 years now, bassist Jeremy Davis is confirmed to have left the band already by December 14, 2015. The announcement was made by the band's lead singer, Hayley Williams, on their Facebook account.

From Paramore's Facebook account, lead singer Hayley Williams announced that their band's bassist, Jeremy Davis, has already left the band effective last Monday, December 14. According to Latin Post, Hayley has announced with a sad heart that Jeremy is no longer a part of their band. She is now the only one left that from the original group back in 2004. Hayley shared how the past years together have had so many fulfilling moments for them as friends, as people and as a band. She admits how this is something that she would need to move on from, as they are now down to two, her and their guitarist, Taylor York.

Jeremy Davis has previously left the band in 2004 but came back 6 months later as he was convinced by the rest of the group. Their original guitarist, Josh Farro, and their drummer who is his brother, Zac Farro, both left the band in 2010. Since then, the Farro brothers have been doing their own thing in the world of music, as reported by Examiner. They were both co-founders of the band until leaving because the band has already turned into a "manufactured product of a major label."

Davis has been the recorded bassist of the band in all their four studio albums, "All We Know is Falling," "Riot!", "Brand New Eyes" and their recent album, "Paramore", which was launched last 2013. Their current guitarist joined the band in 2007, making Williams the only sole original member left in the band. Eagle News reported that Paramore is scheduled to perform on its biennial cruise, "PARAHOY!" this coming March 2016.

Davis has not explained the reason for him to leave the band and is still bound to make a comment about it. However, the band still seems to continue to live on.
