Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are rumored to have filed 'secret' divorce papers. However, they just premiered their movie together and are said to be planning to work together again. What's the real score?
It seems like there's no rest for one of Hollywood's it-couple, Brangelina. Just after premiering their latest movie, By The Sea, rumors have now found their way into the couple's path. On Wednesday, a new issue of the National Enquirer was released on newsstands and their cover story had everyone grabbing for a copy. Right in front of the magazine, in huge Yellow letters, it read, BRAD & ANGIE: SECRET DIVORCE PAPERS.
While the celebrity world is in an uproar, Gossip Cop was quick to clear everything up. Even though the said magazine promised a story revealing the couple's cheating issues with violence and a supposedly $480 million court battle, it's not actually Brad and Angelina's divorce papers but rather it's of their 3 previous marriages. Turns out, the National Enquirer just really wants to make a huge sale that day. And they did, didn't they?
Despite the fact that it was proven that the divorce headline was a complete and utter hoax and regardless if they've seen it or not, they have slammed that rumor by themselves. The couple were seen 2 days ago at a flea market in Cambodia. According to People, Jolie is in the country because she's currently filming First They Killed My Father: A Daughter Of Cambodia, a film based on Loung Ung and the Khmer Rounge period that happened in the 1970s. Brad and Angelina also attended the Cambodia International Film Festival there. Angelina was an honorary committee.
In other news, praises and support from Jolie's husband, Pitt were being thrown left and right. In a recent interview with Glamour Germany (via Belfast Telegraph), Pitt says, "I do believe Angelina's role as filmmaker is only just starting. If she wants to team up with me in the future, I only have one answer for her: yes!"
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are as busy as they can be. With a beautiful family of six kids, involvement in different movements and charities and upcoming projects, they seem to have the best of both worlds. Time, or lack thereof and distance doesn't seem to have any effect on their relationship since they have been doing all of these for quite some time now. Everyone is just hoping for the best for them.
