Legend's All of Me, slowest rising R&B song

After his GRAMMY performance last January, John Legend landed his fourth 10 hit on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. This was after his latest single "All of Me" jumps from number 14 to number 8.

The song has also reached more than 86,000 downloads. This was according to Nielsen SoundScan, which also showed the song's best week on digital. Legend's All of Me single was also marked the slowest-rising R&B song. This was since the release of Frank Ocean's single 2012 single, "Thinkin Bout You" that took a slower pace at 30 weeks. "All of Me" took 21 weeks before reaching the top spot of the R&B and Hip Hop chart.

John Legend's last trip on the chart was around five years ago. This was after he was featured on a Rick Ross' single that hit the 7th spot in 2009. Legend's best spot was listed last 2005 were his smash hit "Ordinary People", landed number 4.
