Four members of the Westfall family have been arrested on March 11. This was after receiving four indictments that led to the Tuesday arrest. Letha Westfall, Kristen Westfall and Cameron Westfall were apprehended by Chief Deputy Steven Sturrock. The family’s vehicle was halted in the same place were couple Nathan and Krystal Maddox were shot last January 18 outside Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Colmesneil.

At around 8:20 p.m. last Tuesday, the four Westfall family members were arrested following a five hour search. According to investigator Bud Sturrock, "There was evidence that someone had left in a hurry.”
All four Westfall needed to post a USD1 million bond for temporary freedom.

Meanwhile, Paul Westfall was brought to the Tyler County Hospital while Kristen, Letha and Cameron Westfall were brought to Tyler County Justice Center. This time, the charges pressed against them were Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, a first degree felony. It also carries a lifetime imprisonment sanction without parole possibilities.
