Harry and Dune, two of the most beloved dimwits of the 90s, are back.

After 20 long years, "Dumb and Dumber To," the long-awaited sequel to the classic 1994 comedy "Dumb and Dumber," is set to hit theaters on November 14, 2014.

The movie stars original actors Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey, who play best friends Harry Dunne and Lloyd Christmas. Other actors who are set to join them are Kathleen Turner (Fraida Felcher), Laurie Holden (Adele Pichlow), and Rob Riggle (Travis and Captain Lippencott). Oscar-winning actor Jennifer Lawrence will also make an appearance.

Another character who will be making a comeback is the Mutt Cutts van, which is featured in one of the film's posters.

The first trailer was debuted on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Watch it below:

Reportedly having a $35 million budget, "Dumb and Dumber To" will tell the story of the duo finding Harry's long lost daughter in hopes of getting a new kidney.

The comedy had a prequel directed by Troy Miller in 2003, entitled "Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd," but with different actors--Derek Richardson and Eric Christian Olsen as Harry and Lloyd, respectively.

The film will be directed by the Farrelly brothers Bobby and Peter, the original directors, whose work include "There's Something About Mary, "Me, Myself & Irene," and "Shallow Hal."

Peter Farelly told reporters: "It's going well. We have a great script and now we are just trying to get it made. I love the script. It's exactly like the first one. We pick up 20 years later. We explain what they've done for the last 17 or 18 years. We take off from that and it's just a lot of laughs."

"It's at Warner Bros., and right now it's being financed outside the studio, but it will be released by Warner Bros. And that's all being worked out right now. If you liked Dumb and Dumber, you'll like this because it's the same and more. It's really fun," he added.
