The Season 4 finale episode will broadcast this Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. ET on HBO and fans will get to see what will happen to Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow and Peter Dinklage's Tyrion before the popular show returns back for Season 5.
Based HBO leaked synopses of the Season 4 finale, "Circumstances change after an unexpected arrival from north of the Wall; Dany must face harsh realities; Bran learns more about his destiny; Tyrion sees the truth about his situation." Stannis has been working his way north, with a stop at the Iron Bank of Braavos along the way, and he has been working to get gold and rebuild his army, so his presence at the Wall makes sense. Tyrion wants trial by combat and he is still alive in the season finale, although it is unclear what lies ahead for his character. Bran may finally meet the three-eyed raven at the end of "Game of Thrones" Season 4, while Dany could be struggling in her role as ruler and Queen of Meereen.
Alex Graves, the Show Director earlier teased that the Season 4 Finale will blow the fans' mind.
"It's the largest, I think, most exciting episode that's been done," said Graves, according to USA Today. "[The Season 4 finale has] a brilliant script that coincided with so many amazing events from the books [penned by George R.R. Martin]."
