Though Paramount Pictures International have scheduled the releasing of Transformer 5 by 2016, the fifth film in the series of American science fiction action films directed by Michael Bay may not be released by then, according to the producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura.
Bonaventura said that it is not accurate that next film in the series will be released by 2016. "It's an exhausting process to make these movies. The scale of them is so enormous. It really does tax everybody and our tendency is to finish one at a time, recover, and then begin talking. And we will do the same thing this time," he said in an interview with Screen Rant.
"We don't have a date. We can hardly handle doing one movie at a time to think about the next one," said di Bonaventura to Digital Spy.
"In three or four weeks when the dust has settled, we will talk about it. 2016 sounds a little rushed to me, but we will see," he added.
The star duo of the first Transformer film Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox may become a part of the new film in the Transformer series.
"I'm not sure if I will return. As long as things are good between everyone and Shia returns with me I do like to see us partner up with the new cast like a crossover," said LeBouf to MoviePlot.com.
According to him, it would be good to do another film. "But I doubt with the new changes since the third film that Megan could return, it might be a love war if I or Rosir both return. It's not that I don't think about it. But no, I highly doubt I will be back for another one. I'll do another Michael Bay film but not transformers,'' he added.
The movie series based on the toys created by Hasbro and Tomy will feature Wahlberg in its fifth film 'Transformers: Galvatron Rising', reports latinopost.com.
