The Jenji Kohan's Emmy-nominated hit TV series "Orange Is The New Black" Season 2 has been severely trending. Hence, the upcoming third season shall expose more exciting events.
On the past episodes, Taystee (Danielle Brooks) and Poussey's (Samira Wiley) relationship wasn't on a good state. Furthermore, they broken up and mean lines were thrown during the episodes which the actresses felt pity on both of the characters.
"It's not fun being mean to Samira. But if it was anybody, I'm glad it's her because we have such a great trust." Brooks told TV Guide.
"So in some of those scenes, like where Taystee pushes Poussey, I think she felt comfortable enough with that. So I'm glad it was her." Fans already know how these two are best of friends and with this; they're both hoping the couple would be back on Season 3.
Wiley discloses that there is likelihood for the two to argue a lot on the next season, while Taystee and Poussey are miserable and frustrated after the break up. "So I'm hoping for a season full of love between Poussey and Taystee in Season 3," Wiley explains.
Meanwhile, both actresses revealed that they're becoming more attached to their characters; and the plot gives them the insight of staying imprisoned for long years.
"Prison is such a crazy thing. You got a lot of time to reflect. I mean, these ladies are in there for six-year sentences. Personally, I think it's too long," Wiley said.
Meanwhile, "OITNB" won the "Outstanding New Program" at the TCA 2014 Awards. Speculations suggest this is a good sign for the Netflix series to win on the 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards.
The series received 12 nominations on July 10.
