'Suits' Season 4 episode recap: Mike returns to Peason Specter, Louis commits a mistake

By

The latest episode of the fourth season of the hit TV show "Suits" was expected by Celeb Dirty Laundry to be a great one and no one should miss it. On this episode, Rachel Elizabeth Zane (Meghan Markle) and Michael James "Mike" Ross (Patrick J. Adams) will work together while Jessica Lourdes Pearson (Gina Torres) and Harvey Reginald Specter (Gabriel Macht) is going to outmaneuver someone.

The episode picks up from the last scene of the last episode titled "We're Done," where Mike has unceremoniously dumped Rachel for cheating on him. Hypable said Rachel resorts to hearing out Donna's (Sarah Rafferty) advice regarding the situation, especially from the fact that Mike has returned to the law firm. Moreover, Donna assures Rachel that even though things between her and Mike went downhill, "things will turn out the way they're supposed to." Rachel then decides to give Mike more breathing room as he adjusts to work life at Peason Specter.

Meanwhile, Louis, Harvey and Jessica are already on the move to prevent Sean Cahill (Neal McDonough) from poking around the law firm and securing sensitive files. Louis, on the other hand, decides to bury the illegal Charles Forstman (Eric Roberts) document deep in the storage files. However, Cahill came into the firm with a search warrant demanding Peason Specter to surrender all of its files regarding Gillis Industries, which has been the target of a hostile takeover throughout the series. Louis appears to be in a jam when Jessica asked Cahil to search documents that were filed thirty years ago in the same storage filing area where Louis had hidden the Forstman document. However, Louis' hide was saved in the nick of time by a judge, who lifted the search warrant. However, Louis' loyalty and moral values to Forstman had put him in peril when Harvey decided to turn over Peason Specter's files after all, thanks to the machinations of Logan Sanders (Brendan Hines), who has been eyeing to take over Gillis Industries.

Fashion & Style said that the drama in the episode had left Mike feeling a little lost. But he was clearly more troubled about the tension between him and Rachel. In the end, it appears that Mike had decided to be with Rachel despite the fact that she slept with Sanders, and of Rachel's discovery that he had slept with a woman long ago. Mike was last seen approaching Rachel's office door, hoping that they go home together.
