'Step Up''s Moose to join "Magic Mike' sequel?; Report says Alex Pettyfer not returning because of Channing Tatum

"Magic Mike 2" will be hitting the big screens next year. As the striptease movie has enticed fans with hot actors singing and dancing in barely there costumes, fans are now excited of what shall the next installment bring - especially on on whether it would be retaining its original cast lineup.

"Step Up" star Adam Sevani, who is known to fans as the lovable but talented Moose, recently disclosed that he is not closing his doors on showing some skin and joining the cast. He told Vulture that although he haven't watched the first film yet, he will be watching it soon as Channing Tatum offers him to be part of it.

"Yeah sure! I'd have to beef up and gain some muscle and that's no problem, but I haven't seen [Magic Mike]," Sevani said in the interview.

On the other hand, Hollywood Life cited an US Weekly report that insinuated that Alex Pettyfer will not be returning to film "Magic Mike XXL." According, the "I Am Number Four" actor has been rude and was problematic on the set, which led to the two getting into screaming fight. A source told the magazine as cited by "Those around them tried to mend their relationship, but Channing doesn't want anything to do with Alex. Channing said he didn't want to do [the shoot] if Alex was there. Alex is known in Hollywood for being rude and difficult."

Meanwhile, "White Collar" Matt Bomer is pretty excited about reprising his character, Ken, in the upcoming film and his excitement in reading the script.

He was quoted by KPopStarz as saying, "Those guys, we had such a criminally good time working together. (We began talking about it and) it was such an ensemble mentality, which didn't have to be the case under those circumstances. [Channing Tatum] is so great and gracious and [Matthew McConaughey] was such a great leader that everybody had a great time. So if it were to come together under the right circumstances with a good script, which I'm sure [Reid Carolin] is putting together, it'll be really fun to do."

According to International Business Times, the production is set to start filming soon. Screenrant said "Magic MikeXXL" will be shown in theaters on July 3 next year.
