In a sneak peek inside the twelfth episode of "The Legend of Korra" Season 3, our favorite heroine and the rest of her group are working on a plan to free the Airbenders inside an airship as they head towards the Northern Air Temple, KPopstarz reported. The Airbenders are currently held captive by Zaheer and the Red Lotus, and Korra thinks that the best way to save the Airbenders, which includes Tenzin and Jinora and the rest of their family, will be to surrender to Zaheer.
"Help save the Airbenders, then you can worry about saving me," Korra insisted in the sneak clip.
If a fan does believe the conspiracy theory of the blog Zaheer for the People!, there is a way on how an Airbender might enter the void of no return, and that could be the answer to the dilemma of the heroes.
According to the Tumblr account, the fictional Air Nomad teacher and poet Guru Langhima said "I was once asked what it means to enter the void. I will tell you. An airbender may meditate for a hundred years trying to detach herself from the world, but she cannot do it. Humans cherish human life, and by that they are bound to this world. The only way to abandon the world is to abandon one's humanity. New growth cannot exist without first the destruction of the old. The void is found in the sowing of death. From that death springs life on the wind. "
Is Langhima suggesting that Korra would have to depart from the human world to rescue the Airbenders?
The Tumblr account also published the account of Xai Bau, who is the leader of the splinter faction of the Order of the White Lotus, whom, according to the show, has aspirations to have both spirits and humans coexist. In the blog, Xai Bau somewhat foreshadow's Korra's ultimate demise in his explanation about a certain deadly ritual.
Based on Xai bau's supposed sayings, the "guardian" he has assigned to protect his body from invasive spirits who wish to take over or control it. Moreover, Xai Bau's last statement was interesting. It read, "A young acolyte from the north with an interest in airbender philosophy is proving to be a promising candidate."
