Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have been married since 2008 and have lived a life of married bliss - so we all thought. Despite having children, twins Moroccan and Monroe, news from The Hollywood Gossip has indicated that an interview Nick did for the Howard Stern show may have kept Mariah upset, especially because of how she was compared to Nick's ex-girlfriends.
Although this information has yet to be deemed true, it looks like the two are formally calling it quits, especially with a source saying that Nick has already moved out and joined his grandparents. Adding to this, The Hollywood Gossip speculated that the move made by Cannon could be in preparation for a formal separation announcement that can come as early as this week.
Despite the rumors of divorce and formal separation that started sometime in May, Nick and Mariah have still managed to sway most of the people's opinions about their split as both still manage to come out in public together and displayed photos together through social media.
Even reps from Mariah Carey have responded that there is no truth about the separation rumors. Bustle adds that despite the long-running gossip from different sources, the actual divorce is still a speculation, with Cannon moving out.
Amidst the sad news, it is unanimous that there has been no third party mentioned or involved in the issue, plus both have come to an agreement of a possible trial separation.
Enstarz mentions an interview with Howie Mandel, Nick Cannon's co-star in "America's Got Talent." In an interview with Entertainment Tonight uploaded by Wet Paint, Mandel said, "I think Nick's a consummate professional. And I think, you know, the rumor mills aside are just part of the game and it aint' through until it happens. So I think he handles the pressure, the rumors and show business fantastic." Mandel then said that he though Cannon is "a great father, great husband and a great host."
