"Madden 15" releases tomorrow, on August 26. And the gaming world is ready for another installment of the unbelievably long-running sports series- "Madden 15" is the twenty-sixth game in the "Madden" series.
But according to Christian Post, the game is available for purchase right now, on Xbox One, Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Playstation 4. The game can be bought on Gamestop, Amazon or Best Buy, but buyer beware- even if you buy the game right now, it can't actually be played until 12:01 tonight. It's EA's way of making sure the game's release is as enormous as possible (even if it's a little frustrating for those who'd just like to play it already).
This release, like most (all, really) "Madden" releases, should be a huge one. Bleacher Report claims that the game is recieving rave reviews from the gaming press, highlighting the defensive capabilities of the games' teams, and other minor details to the offense.
However, the reviews highlight that the game's Connected Franchise mode is still fairly week, and hasn't been addressed from previous iterations of the "Madden" franchise. Whether this is a serious issue is up to the individual gamer, but again, this is "Madden." Millions of people will probably buy it, regardless.
So the last big question about "Madden 15" is: what console should you buy it for? If you're buying it, that is. Gotta Be Mobile advocates getting the game for a current-gen console over one from the previous gen, but between the two consoles, they don't differentiate. It's probably a pretty close experience between the two.
Basically, if you already own one console and not the other, you'll be fine. No major differences between the two.
Now, all that's left is to see how many copies Madden sells next tomorrow. Easy money says it'll be an enormous amount.
