Ahead of the Season 5 premiere of Vh1 reality television series "Mob Wives," we catch up with the stars of the show to see how they have been doing during the break.
Recently, Drita D'avanzo ventured into column writing and and gave helpful and sensible advice to a fan about her boy friend possibly cheating, Enstarz reported. In her OK Magazine piece, D'avanzo's wrote, "Don't react unless there is something to react on... If your relationship is moving forward and you start to hang out more and you are familiar with his friends and you become serious, and it's still a problem, then tell him how you feel...If he is cheating on you, THAT PHONE WOULD BE SHUT OFF!!! Not out on the table for him to be questioned about it. Cheaters are SNEAKY and paranoid."
Meanwhile, Drita's other cast mates, Big Ang and Renee, sent their condolences to the family left behind by "Fashion Police" host and comedian Joan Rivers on their respective social media accounts. Christian Today got hold of Big Ang's statement on Facebook, which read, "Loved you from Johnnie Carson to @fashionpolice @joanrivers My heart breaks for her daughter Melissa . Great role model & mother. So funny she could dish it out & take it. God Bless Her & Her Family."
Renee expressed her condolences in a tweet, which says "The true Hollywood Icon and Laughable Legend Joan Rivers will surely be missed."
On the other hand, will "Mob Wives" see a reunion of sorts for former cast member Alicia DiMichele in Season 5? A story by Reality Tea said that Alicia had pleaded guilty for her involvement in an embezzlement case and has been sentenced to four years of probation only instead of jail time. However, she needs to pay $40,000 of restitution and is still facing another lawsuit filed by a union.
Alicia, nonetheless, is grateful with the sentencing, and expressed her happiness for the support of her fans. She said that she looks forward to spending time with her sons, and even posted a photo with her boys on Instagram with the hash tag #familyovereverything.
In a separate statement to Vh1, she said, "I am finally at peace after a long, difficult 4 and a 1/2 years. I don't even think it really hit me yet. Of course now that my sentencing is over, I'm getting bombarded with that I better end up back on the TV."
