Relationships in "General Hospital" have been created and destroyed ever since the show has been on air. Recently, the love bug in the soap has again gotten active again, based on the current developments between Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) and Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth). Ned had been Olivia's main support since her split with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Celebrity Dirty Laundry dishes out that the Ned-Olivia coupling may soon be disturbed as Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will be seeking to improve her own relationship with Ned by getting him to agree to go out with her first following her recent dumping of Julian Jerome (William deVry). It has been observed that Alexis' dumping of Julian was a necessary act for her own safety, no thanks to Julian's link to the mob and the recent explosion that happened at her own home.
Meanwhile, the story arc kidnapping of Lulu (Julie Marie Berman) and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) in the show has progressed into revealing the mastermind behind it: Victor Cassadine (Thaao Penghlis). Victor is believed to be Levi's (Zachary Garred) boss. Revealing Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Nathan's (Ryan Paevey) plot to save Lulu and Maxie, Christian Today mentioned that the rescue efforts were unfortunately put to a halt when Victor got to the cabin just as the men were about to rescue the girls. As such, it is unclear who will now rescue them, as the boys have been tied up and captured too.
Amid the trouble, Victor is suspicious that Nathan may actually be his son, and so he conducts a DNA testing to see if they really are father and son. Nathan on the other hand, all tied up with Maxie in one room of the cabin, decides to tell Maxie how he feels about her. Enstarz said that Maxie actually does have feelings for Nathan too, but both know there is a big chance that if they do not get out of the situation alive, their relationship may all go down the drain.
