They released a surprise album during the recent unveiling of the Apple iPhone 6. It seems like the current trend for many of the music artists are sudden releases of their work that not only help their album popularity, but also work out a lot of publicity and fame for the company Apple. News1130 notes that U2's album was made available to about half a billion iTunes users for free.
With a free album in their Apple devices, U2 fans may also be very excited as recent news of the band performing at Boston's Fenway Park is said to be in preparation. The Boston Herald shared current updates that Boston Mayor, Martin J. Walsh has been in efforts to get the band to play at Fenway.
