'Survivor: San Juan Del Sur' Spoilers: Will another 'Blood Vs Water' challenge loved ones? Mother-daughter team claims their bond will not be broken

The new cast of "Survivor" was revealed in the last week of August with the new season aptly titled "San Juan Del Sur - Blood Vs Water." The cast of 20 contestants are made up of pairs of loved ones, which are mostly male. The Franchise Herald said that a pair of female participants were booted off from the season after their medical checkup, which left more male contestants in the roster of the cast than needed. According to the show's host Jeff Probst, this is something that cannot be helped.

He said, "So the way it works out is there are more men than women...That's just the game. We don't like it that way but that's the way it's going to start."

After two players dropped out from this show's season, International Business Times took note of the two tribes that will be competing with each other. Tribes Coyopa and Hunahpu will each have 9 castaways instead with the usual 10. Moreover, the new season's title will have fans anticipate an interesting turn of events once the new season premieres, as the show will have contestants pitted against their loved ones. The tribes are reportedly filled with either a father, daughter, mother, brother or significant other. Also, it has been said that even the age differences of all the participants is a factor that many should be looking out for during the entire season.

And even before all the drama and intrigue from the new season starts, mother-and-daughter cast members Baylor Wilson and Missy Payne have presumed that they will not be voting for each other, as they call themselves a "dynamic duo" and will have trust for each other that can "never be broken." Enstarz said that time will tell whether Baylor and Missy will actually stay true to each other, as the site recalled a past season where a daughter (Ciera Eastin) voted off her own mother (Laura Morett).
