Reports claim that "House of Cards" will air its third season by February of next year. Spoilers are also flourishing, which eager fans are feasting on.
Rumors were based on the fact that the previous seasons of the series were aired in the same month February, Fashion 'n Style reported. However, Netflix has not confirmed any of these conjectures. Although the filming has already started, there is no confirmation yet as to when the award-winning Netflix original series will kick off.
This fueled the excitement of fans and they are constantly on the look-out for spoilers.
Regarding the characters, speculations about Doug Stamper's death surfaced after his head was banged with a rock. In the previous season, he just lay on the ground with his eyes open and he was motionless.
Rachel Brosnahan, on the other hand, gossiped about some minor info about what will happen in the third season. And she doesn't think Doug will die.
"I don't think we know that he's dead yet. It cuts so quickly. I don't think we can say for sure that Stamper is dead," she told Entertainment Weekly, according to BreatheCast.
"Michael [Kelly] and I had some conversations [about the ending moments]. He's very upset with me! [Laughs] It was some tough, crazy scenes in the woods, but I don't think I've ever worked with an actor that is so kind and positive all the time. Michael's amazing. He can't be dead!," the actress added.
Michael Kelly who plays Stamper isn't certain about what will happen to his character.
Kelly told Huffington Post, "I don't know -- they haven't officially said."
Some other speculations keep on sprouting such as whether Frank would target Rachel as his new victim, or whether Claire is going to get pregnant. Fans are also wondering what will happen to Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey), who is the newly appointed president of United States of America.
'House of Cards' is currently filming in Maryland, which is the same location when the first and second seasons were filmed. However, the producers of the Netflix series were not getting permission from the State of Maryland. There were indeed troubles along the way that almost jeopardized the show. Fortunately, the issue was resolved on 25th April.
