Raven Symone Guest Stars in Celebrity Name Game and Oprah, Talks About Coming Out of the Closet, and Same Sex Marriage

Child star Raven Symone is getting back in Hollywood circulation with show appearances and a much-awaited guesting on Oprah Winfrey's show "Where are They Now".

The 28-year old TV star first dished about the guesting stint on her Instagram where she posted a picture of herself sitting on a chair across the talk show host. The actress looked like her usual bubbly self in the shot which she captioned "@oprah thank you for a great talk, I enjoyed myself. Your my #### auntie for real! Lol. Coming out 5th on #OWN." Raven joins the ranks of other guests like Youtube sensation Charice, Vivica A. Fox, Carmen Electra, and many others. According to Broadwayworld.com, the "That's So Raven" star will open up about her infamous Tweet where she expressed her support for same sex marriage. She will also talk about her own sexuality after coming out and how it felt like being in the public eye as one of the most popular child actresses before.

Symone first made her public appearance with girlfriend AzMarie Livingston early September, almost a month after she came out. The actress revealed the big news when she tweeted about how she can finally get married after the strike-down of the Defence of Marriage Act. (via Bet.com)

Her interview will air on October 5, 9 p.m. Sunday at ET on OWN.

Moreover, WHNT.com reveals that the lavender-haired actress also recently participated in game show Celebrity Name Game. In an Instagram post, the former child sensation posted a snapshot of her outfit for the episode, which consists of a simple but classy black top, blazer, pants and gold accessories. The "Cosby Show" darling captioned it with "Had an easy wardrobe day on the set of #celebnamegame. I mean easypeasy! All the fun was playing the game!" She went on gushing, saying that she wanted to try and play again.
