Paula Patton aiming for full custody of son shared with Robin Thicke; Will Thicke finally drop his drug and drinking issues to keep seeing his son?

Paula Patton is by no means waiting around for Robin Thicke to come back. Instead, she is seen having some quality time with son Julian at a local Farmer's Market in L.A on Sunday. If Thicke continues his drinking binge, he might not see his son anymore.

E! Online shares that Patton "looked happy and healthy" while buying from different stands and even letting Julian enjoy some bread and hummus. The actor has remained silent about their divorce, which is contradicting to Thicke's approach as he dedicated his album, "Paula," to his estranged wife. The album did poorly in terms of sales, however.

Radar Online also says that Thicke's drinking habits have not gone unnoticed and Patton is planning to have full custody of Julian if he "doesn't get his act together, fast!" According to an exclusive source, "Paula will not allow Robin to be present in Julian's life if he is still drinking and using drugs."

Thicke has not been dealing well with the divorce, says Radar Online, as he has started "drinking heavily and taking drugs since Patton left him." Thicke also allegedly admitted to having a problem for more than a year now. Thicke maintains he is already clean from drugs, but his drinking habits remain a problem.

Patton has not filed for divorce yet although the couple has been living separately since February. According to Radar Online, Patton's decision to end the relationship came after walking in on Thicke "sleeping with a masseuse who they had been 'carrying on a consensual three-way relationship with.'".

When news of the separation broke, Patton and Thicke released a joint statement on their separation saying, "We will always love each other and be best friends; however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time." The couple has been married for nine years before the divorce. The childhood sweethearts has been in a relationship for over 20 years, shares Mail Online.

In the wake of their fallen marriage, the Hollywood Hills mansion of the couple is allegedly up for sale with Patton and Julian already out of the place.

While Thicke's career may not be going well, Patton's seem to be flourishing as she has apparently landed a role in "Mission Impossible 5" alongside Tom Cruise and Jeremy Renner.
