'Survivor' News: This Week's Episode Features a Father on Son Conflict; Will John Rocker's Racist Ways Get Him Booted From the Island?

By

An intense father/son battle is about to rock the shores of "Survivor: San Juan del Sur." According to a recent press release put out by CBS, the third episode of the series, entitled "Actions vs Accusations," will feature the following intense battle:

"A showdown pits father against son and puts their relationship to the test."

We can assume, then, that the father and son are Wes and Keith Nale, given that they're the only father/son pair on the island (kind of a dead giveaway, no?). As well, the press release also states that some serious conflict is going to come towards John Rocker.

"Former MLB player John Rocker is confronted about his controversial past during a combative Immunity Challenge."

All of which sounds like an extremely exciting episode.

Enstars adds more to the story- according to their speculations, the upcoming episode (which airs this Wednesday) may be the last episode for Rocker, as athletes tend to face a heavy stigma on "Survivor." As well, there may be some kind of bias against Rocker, given his controversial past.

Rocker, in case you didn't realize, was a former baseball player for the Atlanta Braves, and had said a number of controversial statements about immigrants, complaining about the number of different ethnicities in New York City and how none of them spoke English. CNN has the full quote:

"The biggest thing I don't like about New York are the foreigners. I'm not a very big fan of foreigners. You can walk an entire block in Times Square and not hear anybody speaking English. Asians and Koreans and Vietnamese and Indians and Russians and Spanish people and everything up there. How the hell did they get in this country?"
