"Tamar and Vince" season 3 update: Couple will grow apart and have a divorce? Tamar Braxton speaks on why their marriage has no prenup

By

Power couple "Tamar and Vince" will be back on October 23, Thursday, for its third season as Tamar Braxton struggles with proving herself in the music industry and embarking in a multi-city tour even as a rift tears her relationship with husband Vince Herbert apart.

According to Zap2It, "Tamar and Vince's" first episode will show Braxton as she "prepares to kick-off of her tour in Miami." The couple will allegedly be working on perfecting the tour and facing problems in choreography. There is also Braxton dealing with a "too racy" performance of "Sounds of Making Love," which Herbert will allegedly not approve of. "Communication problems become a rapidly growing issue and Tamar worries it will not only affect her work but also their marriage," the article adds.

The rift between the couple will allegedly get worse to the point that Herbert is threatening to move out, shares New Pittsburgh Courier. Apparently, it's not only Braxton's career that is growing, but also her ego. The couple is also rumored to be living separate lives and with divorce just around the corner.

However, the couple may not head down that road just yet. It has been shared by Braxton herself that their marriage has no prenuptial agreement because divorce is a very last resort. Enstarz has her saying, "Vincent and I, we don't have a prenup because when we got married, we had a discussion and we discussed it. Divorce is not an option," Braxton shared. She also mentioned, "At the end of the day, my parents built what they have now together. I think I took that into my own marriage."

Despite not having a prenup of their own, Braxton mentioned that she can understand why other couples have it. Braxton took as example Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon, saying, "When you got the kinda wealth as Mariah, you kinda have to protect yourself."
