The recent episode of MNet's "EXO 90:2014" featured one of the most favorite K-pop idols in the 90s, BoA. The variety show featured the talented singer, highlighting her achievements from her debut at the age of 13, up to her career today, Soompi reports.

The K-pop star has been known for some hit songs during the 1990's and still continues to prove her talent up to these days. As a tribute to the artist, EXO's lead vocalist Chen's video remake of BoA's "No. 1" was also shown, according to Koreaboo.

In the show, members of the boy group were able to perform BoA's famous "Only One" couple dance with the idol herself. Lay, who is one of the lead dancers of the idol group, enthusiastically performed the dance with the star.

In the episode, which aired on October 17, they chose the member who has the best skills to do the duet dance with the female singer, Kpopstarz reports. Xiumin and leader Suho showed their skills performing their song "Overdose," while Sehun and Lay danced their debut song "MAMA."

Chen belted out Kim Yeon Woo's song "Breakup Taxi," which he performed when he auditioned for SM Entertainment.

The group will be doing a remake of the artist's iconic song, which highlights the dance choreography that help it become a hit.

BoA has also collaborated with various SM artists on stage in the past. She has performed with TVXQ's Yunho, Super Junior's Eunhyuk, SHINee's Taemin, and EXO's youngest member Sehun.

After filming, the singer expressed that she had fun working for the show. "I really enjoyed this session with EXO members. EXO's reinterpretation of the music videos is really impressive," said BoA.

In the recent episodes of the variety show, each EXO member was featured in video remakes of some of the most remarkable songs of the first generation idol groups.
