New "Arrow" Promo Hints at New Heroes and Villains, Plus New Rumors: Did [SPOILER] Really Kill Sara?

By

"Arrow's" only a few episodes into its third season, but things are heating up already. We've got new villains, old heroes, a few hints at new heroes (ok, there aren't any new heroes yet, but just you wait) and a killer murder mystery that's still a long way from being solved.

And now the CW has just released a promo of the third season that teases all kinds of new developments. Three in particular: the villainous Cupid, the heroic Wildcat, and the longtime DC Comics villain staple Captain Boomerang.

TVLine has the promo, via the official Facebook page for "Arrow." Check it out below:

What do you think? Something tells us that Cupid is going to be a bigger problem for Oliver Queen than most supervillains. Villains that want to kill or steal are one thing... those who're in love with Oliver Queen are an entirely different breed of crazy.

But there was a huge twist in the most recent episode- did we find out that Roy is really Sara's killer? Because that would be a huge deal.

However, International Business Times may have squashed that theory somewhat (even if it seemed perfectly real when we saw it). They've got the official synopsis for the next episode, "Guilty," and it goes like this:

"Roy (Colton Haynes) shares a secret with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards)."

And Air Herald claims that in the next episode, the secret Roy tells Felicity is that he really did kill Sara- or at least, he dreamed it, anyway. They're predicting that Roy was somehow innocent, and that seems to be the case. "Arrow" wouldn't blow the season's biggest mystery six episodes into the season, right?

Or maybe they would. We'll just have to watch and find out.

Check back soon for the latest news on "Arrow" and its third season.
