The Washington Wizards will head to Cleveland to face LeBron James and the rest of the Cavaliers Wednesday night on November 26, 2014. The game between two of the East's most formidable team's will tip off at 7:00 P.M and can be viewed live online for free here.
LeBron James finally carried the reeling Cavaliers (6-7) back to winning when he helped end the team's season-high losing streak in a dominant 106-74 victory against the Orlando Magic where he scored 29 points, tying his season high with 11 assists and hitting 9 of 17 from the floor. The four-time MVP and two-time NBA champion averaged 18.5 points - 7 less than his career average - during the losing streak, calling the team "fragile" and claiming "I stink."
"I'm my biggest critic," James said per Sports Illustrated's Game Preview. "I wasn't happy with my play the last week. No one puts any more pressure on me than myself. You go out and you just don't talk about it, you show it too.
"A win always makes things feel better, but we still have a lot of work to do.
But James will need another monster night if he wants to put his team back to .500 when they host the surging Wizards on Wednesday night. Washington has been a defensive juggernaut early in the season allowing opponents to only an average of 96.7 points.
The Wizards are the Kings of the Southeast Division but are looking to regroup after Tuesday's 106-102 loss to division rivals Atlanta Hawks. The team was sloppy with the ball committing a season-high 24 turnovers and will need to take care of the ball better if they want to get back on the winning track when they visit Cleveland.
"That was as bad as we could play offensively, for whatever reason," coach Randy Wittman said per Vegas Inisder's Game Preview. "Trying to do too much. Over-dribbling, ball-sticking, predetermining - no matter what the defense was going to do, and we just get in trouble like that."
Cleveland is the favorite in this matchup, laying -6.5 points here at home. The Total has been posted at Over/Under 198.0. per Pro Cappers.
