Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards are making fans worry for several reasons. With their wedding yet to have its date set and rumors that Malik may be tired of the busy schedule of One Direction, his health and their wedding plans may be suffering. But according to the two, who spoke on different occasions about their wedding, they will get there eventually.
Malik has missed some One Direction engagements allegedly because of being sick, and rumors had started that he might be having a drug problem. Though the rumors have quickly been shot down and Malik was reunited with his four bandmates looking thinner, as Fashion & Style reports, it doesn't put to rest the rumors of him being stressed out about his busy life and hating being away from fiancée Edwards.
Citing a source, TVNZ reports, "Zayn is stressed out and sick of his life being in the spotlight." It has allegedly come to the point where even Edwards is worried about his health. With the band supposedly going for another world tour, the article continues, "Perrie is worried how he will cope. She has asked the other boys to keep an eye on him. They are concerned for him too and regularly let him know they are there to talk should he need them."
Apart from the busy schedule, it also allegedly takes a toll on Malik that he is away from his family and fiancée most of the time. Grazia magazine says, as reported by Fashion & Style, "He started to feel really jaded by the endless travel and attention. What he finds especially hard is being away from Perrie. He is a family person and wants to spend time with her."
On top of that, it has been revealed by the couple recently that they haven't had the chance to talk about their wedding. According to Hello Magazine, Edwards stated at the Cosmo awards, "We're just going with the flow, we're just happy to be engaged and enjoying it."
Add to this Malik's statement on BBC 1 Radio saying the engaged couple "haven't had any time to sit down and organize" and it seems that their careers are putting their plans on hold. However, Edwards doesn't seem to be in a rush either, is reported by PopCrush adding at the Cosmo Awards, "We'll get there eventually when we're not too busy to make it perfect."
