'Today' Host, Natalie Morales and MSNBC anchor veteran, Thomas Roberts, are all set to host the 2015 Miss Universe beauty pageant on January 25th in Doral, Miami , Florida, as reported in an article in Digital Spy UK.
Natalie previously hosted the coveted beauty pageant in 2010 and 2011. Meanwhile, Roberts co-hosted the pageant last year, in 2013. Over 80 beautiful young women will be vying for the global crown at the Sunshine state in the United States in the swimsuit, evening gown and interview competitions. The competition will be aired on NBC and Telemundo, live next year.
In an article in Ms.Universe Pageant Hotspot, it was reported that Filipino renowned boxing champ, Manny Pacquiao was rumored to be one of the judges of the pageant. The legendary boxing champ's promoter, Bob Arum, has accidentally hinted that his client was going to be one of the judges for 2015 Miss Universe in an interview, saying:
"The only thing we're planning with Pacquiao (early in 2015) is that he's going to be a judge at one of these beauty contests - Miss World or Miss Universe, the one in Miami, in January."
Meanwhile, as preparations for the pageant get in full swing, many have been placing their bets on the top contenders for the crown. Among these top picks, as reported by The Times of India, is none other than Miss India herself, Noyonita.
According to The Times of India, the other 19 articles whom many see as possibly making it to the top 20 are -- Spain, Jamaica, Brazil, Venezuela, Malaysia, Ukraine, Costa Rica, Guyana, Colombia, Russia , Hungary , Thailand ,USA , Philippines, Poland, Mexico, Indonesia, South Africa and Ecuador.
Soon to be outgoing Miss Universe 2013, Gabriela Isler, will be passing on her crown to the lucky lady who will grab the title of Miss Universe 2015.
Miss Universe organization is owned by American tycoon, Donald Trump. Trump also owns the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants.
