With just barely two months before its release date, author Veronica Roth's second installment of the "Divergent" series releases a new behind-the-scenes clip of some of the raw shots of the movie. Set in the camp of the Factionless, the original "Divergent" cast will meet new characters. Also, Shailene Woodley of "The Fault In Our Stars" and Theo James of "The Domino Effect" are reunited again to promote the upcoming film that will be released on Friday, March 20, 2015.
In an interview, the lead stars of the film was asked on how did they prepare for the sci-fi action-packed film. "We've been pounding at the gym." Shailene said. "Yeah, no, we had to go and get back to the gym, definitely, because you know, you do different things in between, and the characters have different physicalities so you change physically, and then you kind of have to get back in shape." Theo added, reportedly.
A raw behind-the-scenes "Insurgent" movie clip entitled Preliminary B-Roll recently dominated the internet, bringing the fans closer to the film's look. The video features the fugitives from Divergent, entering the Factionless camp for the first time. A darker and stronger Tris (Shailene Woodley), together with her brother Caleb (Ansel Elgort) are some of the few stars who are caught on the shot. The tension within the scene suggests that Tris and Four (Theo James) might be involved in a fight in the movie.
A petition raised via change.org have been launched to ask the 21-year old author Roth to have an alternate ending for the film or the DVD release at least. For the fans who read the book, we all know that Tris' fate will not end well and millions of fans are hoping that the characters will be given a chance to live happily ever after. But with only 321 supporters as of today, it looks like the success for this request is looking bleak for the fans. But we do hope that Veronica changes her mind!
