'Wolf Among Us' Comics Releases New Chapters; Sheriff Bigby Wolf Encounters Mysterious Murder Case

By

Last January 21, Wednesday, "The Wolf among Us" released their newest chapter since the last release of chapter 6 weeks. This comics is widely accepted and considered a big hit to the readers. Its first release was still last December 2014 based from the episodic Telltale's video game with same name. It is also the official prequel of "Fables" long-running series by Bill Willingham.

The series is played with the main character Sheriff Bigby Wolf, who is a big and bad wolf in human form. IMDb detailed the video game. According to them, Bigby was seen to be brutal in all terms as seen from the video game per se. Murdering a Fable with brutality is much observed. However, that doesn't end there. It is just a taste of how bloody he kills whenever he finds another Fable once again in the future.

In the chapters of the comics recently published, he has been caught up in Fabletown with an obligation to solve the mysterious murder case. Blastr cited the synopsis of the chapter which mainstreams the rumors about the death of the prince were being exaggerated. Thus, Bigby and Snow went to an in-depth of the story about the real situation. However, they were interrupted by a Fable that they haven't met before.

From the previous chapter, as noted by Hitfix, Bigby and Snow have been uncovering the mysteries about the murder case amid threats of losing their heads. DC Entertainment added that in this chapter, the two of them had traveled uptown to solve the mystery and search for the suspect.

The same site also gave preview to the release of chapter 8 and 9 of the series. In chapter 8, Bigby takes New York's streets and fire escapes to search for the Fable who was considered the primary suspect of the murder. The digital and print release of this chapter will be this coming January 28. On the other hand, chapter 9 which will be released on February 4, is pointing to the continuation of Bigby's detective work at Toad's grungy apartment. He seems to be wounded in this part.

This is written by Dave Justus and Matt Sturges with 23 pages in each series.
