"Captain America: Civil War" is now in full production and the war among the superheroes is happening. A familiar face will join the cast but which side will he choose?
Gamesradar reported that Anthony Mackie will join the crew of the upcoming "Captain America: Civil War". Mackie who played Falcon in the previous "Captain America: Winter Soldier" film will reprise his role in the latest Captain America movie and he gave some insights on how big the next movie will be. Mackie said that "Let's just say it's a wing-ding-doozy of a time," he further added that "The great thing about it is, after seeing The Avengers, I joked and said Captain America 2 was Avengers 1.5." In the end he said that "Now with Avengers 2 coming out... Captain America 3 is so far beyond Avengers 2.5 and onto the realm of Avengers 3.8. It's by far one of the most stupendous rides Marvel has put together."
The previous "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" movie turned out well and Anthony Mackie will be back along with Chris Evans, reprising his role as Captain America and Scarlett Johansson, who will still portray Black Widow. Empire also reported that Chadwick Boseman will make his debut in the film as the elusive Black Panther. The Civil War saga in the Marvel universe won't be complete without the billionaire playboy, Tony Stark, as such Robert Downey Jr. will also join the film and fans will get to see the rivalry between Captain America and Iron Man in the upcoming film. Based on the comic book, Tony Stark and Steve Rogers will have a different stand over the proposed "Superhuman Registration Act" of the government and all other superheroes will take their side and fight for what they believed in.
Falcon will definitely join the upcoming "Captain America: Civil War" but we still don't know yet on which side will he choose. According to Comicbook, Anthony Mackie may have hinted on which side he will choose. However it will be a hard decision and he further explained that "Tony Stark is one cool brother, so I would definitely have to side with him just for the parties. Then when it came to the fight, I'd go over to Cap (laughs). Tony and I could party together, but as soon as it comes to fighting, I'm with Cap."
"Captain America: Civil War" is expected to hit the theaters on May 6, 2016. Stay tuned for more updates on who will join the war of superheroes!
