By

"Final Fantasy XV" is in full production as fans of the game series anxiously await its final release. While it may still be a long time for fans to have their copy, "Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae" will be a playable demo slated to be released this year.

A scanned page of "Final Fantasy XV" surfaced in a recent issue of Jump magazine. According to the report of Gematsu, the scanned page describes the battle system in the upcoming game and it reveals some particular gameplay of Noctis, the protagonist in the latest Final Fantasy game. The translated text in the scanned page reads as follows:

"Instantaneous actions change the progression of battle!

Make full use your abilities and defenses, evasion and teleporation, and other actions. Control Noctis and repel the approaching enemies!

Lower right screenshot: Explore vast areas where enemies both big and small stroll along."

While this may not be new to the fans, it is still great news that "Final Fantasy XV" is finally happening and development team is hard at work to let the players explore and enjoy their latest game. In fact they are even preparing "Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae" to give players a sample on what to expect in the full game.

According to a report by Siliconera, Hajime Tabata, the game director of "Final Fantasy XV", revealed that the Demo Episode Duscae will be connected to the main story of the game in the sequence where the player will lose his car.

Some notable features of the Demo include exploration of the open world, experience combat with monsters, and interaction with the environment. The demo was reported to have two hours of content and it is relatively small compared to the actual environment of the full game.

"Final Fantasy XV" has a tagline in its trailer which reads "This is a fantasy based on reality." It is no surprise that Hajime Tabata got its inspiration from actual landscape and cities. GameSpot reported that Tabata said that "The towns and the cultural references that you see throughout the world, you'll get a sense of realistic towns and cultures." He also said that the first town was based on Shinjuku, Japan and the other one on Havana, Cuba. There is also a town which is based on Venice, Italy.

"Final Fantasy XV" will be a huge game and fans are all eagerly waiting for its release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. For now, they can look forward to the upcoming demo, "Final Fantasy: Episode Duscae" which is set to be released this year. More updates on our future post!
