"GTA 5 Online Heist" DLC may get an earlier release date before the PC version hits the shelves this March. PC players who pre-order the game will get access to bonus content and a free PC digital game download from selected titles.
This will be a great news for GTA fans who have been anxiously waiting for the release of "GTA 5 Online Heists" in their PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles. A recent report states that the release date for the upcoming DLC for GTA 6 is set on February 24 as discovered by their source on the PlayStation Store list. However when the news broke out, Sony deleted the said release date.
While it may not be a direct confirmation of the reported February 24 release date, Rockstar games has confirmed that there will be an earlier release date for GTA Online Heist for the consoles compared to the scheduled release for the PC. Rockstar games announced that "GTA Online for PC, which will support up to 30 players, will launch alongside GTAV for PC and will include GTA Online Heists. Online Heists for consoles will be launching in the coming weeks ahead of the PC launch."
Rockstar earlier announced the reason for the delay of the PC release of GTA 5, they explained,
"Our apologies for the slight shift in the date but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be. Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans. Thanks everyone for your understanding and we assure you these few extra weeks will be worth it when the game does arrive in March."
"GTA 5 Online" for the PC version of will support up to 30 players in a multiplayer gameplay. This may also be implemented for "GTA 5 Online Heists" DLC for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles according to Master Herald.
In related news, pre-ordering GTA 5 for PC will get bonus contents according to Rockstar games. They said that a $1,000,000 in-game bonus will be available for those who pre-ordered the game and thos who order the digital version of the game before February 1 will get another $300,000 in-game currency and a free bonus PC digital game download from selected Rockstar game titles. This includes the following:

- Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
- Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
- Grand Theft Auto III
- Grand Theft Auto IV
- Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City
- Manhunt
