'True Blood' actor Nathan Parsons, who plays the role of Jackson in the CW supernatural TV drama series, The Originals, teases major thrilling and exciting reveals in the upcoming season 2 episode 12 titled, 'Sanctuary.'
In his reported interview, he revealed that the marriage ritual for Jackson and Hayley will spur a physical encounter between his character and the original hybrid, Klaus.
"It's a pretty brutal fight. I'm very excited for people to see this battle looming between Klaus and Jackson," he said.
According to Parsons, the show's avid viewers will understand more the "truer sides" of Klaus and Jackson during the battle.
He further dropped more hints in his separate interview about Jackson and Hayley's upcoming "truth-telling" wedding.
"We don't know a whole lot about [Jackson's] past," Parsons said. "Let's just say there's a reason he kept this particular secret from Hayley, and I'm not quite sure how she's going to feel when or if it finally comes out."
Parsons also spilled that Elijah who, according to Parsons, is never "really liked" by Jackson, will possibly not hold his peace forever. Parsons expressed, though, that he's just delighted if the fans will be choosing sides between him and Elijah.
"I'm used to playing characters that get in the middle of things and cause trouble," the former General Hospital and True Blood star stated. "I don't mind throwing a wrench into things, because at least it causes people to respond. Whether they love Jackson or hate him, that's up to them, but he's getting a response, and that's all I want."
An excerpt from The Originals season 2 official spoilers for 'Sanctuary' episode reads, "At the bayou, Hayley struggles with coming clean to Jackson (Nathan Parsons) about the secrets she's keeping and is surprised when he shares his own secret involving Hayley's parents."
"Meanwhile, after learning the details of a particular marriage ritual that Hayley and Jackson must complete, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) head to the bayou to put an end to it, but not before running into Jackson's grandmother Mary (Debra Mooney).
The Originals Season 2 episode 12 airs on Monday at 8pm ET on the CW network.
