A pack of high-resolution images of Avengers: Age of Ultron movie have been released online.

GeekTyrant has released a few of still photos from the movie showing legendary characters like Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Bruce Banner, Black Widow, Hawkeye and Scarlet Witch.

However, superheroes Quicksilver, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and the Vision, played by Paul Bettany, were not in the stills.

A high-resolution image of Captain America played by Chris Evans in a snow-filled region can be seen in the report.

The ultimate clash between Steve Rogers (Captain America) and Tony Stark (Iron Man), played by Robert Downey Jr., is set to take the podium in the 2016 movie.

Other image shows Bruce Banner, played by Mark Ruffalo, trying to switch the Hulk within. The original trailer of the movie showed Banner on board a ship, trying to take over Hulk.

Another image shows Tony Stark with ruined shield of the main villain in the film. Stark's experiment to restore an inactive peace keeping program paves the way to the advent of an artificial intelligence villain.

Fans can also see an image of the new character Scarlet Witch, played by Elizabeth Olsen. Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are seen standing alongside the villain Ultron, played by James Spader, in the trailer.

Two behind-the-scenes photos were director Joss Whedon briefing to Scarlett Johansson who played the role of Natasha Romanoff or Black Widow and Jeremy Renner who played the role of Clint Barton or Hawkeye.

Meanwhile, Captain America and Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth, can be seen in a snowy region with cadavers and an explosions in the background.

While a lot of low resolution images were also seen before, including screenshots from the latest film's trailers, it's always nice when Marvel officially releases stills from the upcoming Avengers' sequel.

According to Hypable, there are still more images of new promotion for the fantasy film in the next three months as it approaches in its worldwide release in May.

The Avengers' sequel seems the most anticipated movie of 2015 for Marvel fans as Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures is going all-out in its promotion.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron is coming in theaters in the US on May 1, 2015, with its follow-up being Avengers: Infinity War, which has been split into two parts and will be directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.

Whedon confirmed that he will not be returning to either of the two parts.
