EA just announced the latest expansion of "The Sims 4"- and they did it entirely by accident. according to Twinfinite, a new video just popped up on the official Norwegian YouTube channel for "The Sims." And then, almost immediately, that video was yanked back down.

The video was the first trailer for the first expansion pack for "The Sims 4." Entitled "Get to Work," the expansion will allow "The Sims" players to massive expand their careers and earn piles of simoleans.

According to Twinfinite, the new expansion pack will massively expand the Medical, Law Enforcement, Science and Entrepeneur career tracks. The Entrepeneur will be able to pick their own startup small business, decorate it and operate it themselves, and the Law Enforcement track will allow Sims to solve crimes and play law-enforcement-based minigames. Sims may also be able to invent items, or be sent to jail for breaking the law.

As well, International Business Times has provided new details on the game's Build Mode, and how the mode was first divised be EA. Apparently, the company wanted the Build Mode to "create a system which empowers players to be as creative as possible."

Load the Game also has a translation of the text seen on the leaked YouTube video, so we know what the expansions's description will sound like.

"The Sims 4 Get to Work: official announcement trailer. Take your Sims on the job. Save lives. Solve Crime. Invent things. Start your own company. Get to Work Expansion Pack."

They also add that EA may be treading lightly with future "Sims" expansions because fans have previously been upset with the amount of paid enhancments and updates in the franchise. Although, now that the trailer's been leaked, it's probably time EA fessed up to its existence. Expect official news about "Get to Work" for "The Sims" in the coming weeks.
