Players who had been watching out for the upcoming release of "Star Wars: Battlefront" should have their eyes peeled for rumors spreading around about the content of the anticipated game.
The full list of rumors about "Star Wars: Battlefront" could be checked out in a website dedicated entirely for the "Star Wars" saga. It would be pretty interesting to note that the upcoming game would have a broad scope over "Star Wars," particularly with the movie franchise. It would seem that the game's breadth would cover both ends of the the entire movie franchise. However, the campaign would focus mainly on the movie's trilogy. Being a first-shooter type of game covering three full length "Star Wars" movies in it's campaign, it's expected to be a very long game.
The last section of the game would cover the opening segments of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Players that would join either the "Republic" or the "Empire" would expect to have characters from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" to serve as their game pieces.
Now, the announcement for "Star Wars: Battlefront's" release might be soon enough as it was also reported that EA and DICE have already been given access to Pinewood Studios to scan material that could be used for the game.
Meanwhile, the "Star Wars: Battlefront's" DLC was reported to be "massive," which would be packaged in theme content that would include maps and vehicles. Of course, the first few packs would focus primarily on "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." With most of the content of the game focusing on the upcoming "Star Wars" movie, "Star Wars: Battlefront" would be expected to hit the racks by the mid of November.
However, it would be "Star Wars: Battlefront's" multiplayer that could make jaws drop as the developers prepare an arena big enough for a 32-vs-32 multiplayer mode. The game would be available in PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
As the movie "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" accelerates to its screening date many "Star Wars" themed games and merchandise have started popping out like mushrooms. Hopefully, "Star Wars: Battlefront" would survive the hype months after the movie's force had run dry.
