The Young and the Restless is coming on an episode for February 18 in grief and deep sorrow as characters face the after of the plane crash in Genoa City. Lily Winters remains missing, Hilary still in paralysis, a secret from who will be revealed and Adam will make a dangerous decision for Chelsea.
Spoilers from TV Guide, Soap Central and We Love Soaps reported Victor (Eric Braeden) will catch Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) in a bar drinking again. It ensues the couple fighting. Meanwhile, Adam/Gabriel (Justin Hartley) pursues winning back his wife Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and a decision that would risk Chelsea have to be made by Adam/Gabriel.
The tragic episode ends yesterday with Winters family's private jet crashed amid an isolated region in a snowy evening in Genoa. A panic-stricken Monday hit Genoa as survivors Cane (Daniel Goddard), Neil (Kristoff St. John), Devon (Bryton James), Colin (Tristan Rogers) and Jill (Jess Walton) could not find her.
Although the wreckage seemed totally bad, in-flight characters were able to survive except for Lily who is still missing, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) who was paralyzed after the plane's fuselage knocked her down, and the pilots who were dead.
The briefcase Neil had been holding while on board the plane, which was first believed to cause the plane crash, turned out it contains pictures and memorable items. Hilary was losing hopes of surviving and said to Neil she wanted to tell something.
Elsewhere, panic strikes at the Abbott cabin-Summer (Hunter Haley King) woke up seeing Courtney (Kelli Gloss) doing CPR on Austin (Matthew Atkinson) but failed to save him. Noah (Robert Adamson) declared Austin dead.
They discovered a vial in the trash bin which Fen (Max Ehrich) confessed he added a drug in the punch. Afterwards, Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Noah and Fen thought fan fiction Plato's Sphere matches Austin's death. Later, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) admitted he is the author of the series.
At the club, Kelly (Cady McCain) tried to contact Jack (Peter Bergman) after she heard Dylan (Steve Burton), Nikki, Ashley (Eileen Davidson), Nick (Joshua Morrow), and Avery (Jessica Collins).
Jack met with Phyllis and told her he is not giving up on her while she pushed him to leave her. Kelly offered him help and as the two shared an intimate instant after kissing each other.
Joe (Scott Elrod) provoked Dylan over again and ended up in a punch-up. Dylan hit Avery in the nose and left the place. As Kelly left the stockroom, the building in under fire alarm. Dylan heard unknown voice calling for help.
The Young and the Restless airs at 12:30PM on CBS.
