An earlier show date is being thought of by JJ Abrams for the "Star Wars the Force Awakens" after several leaks of the movie's plot have been leaked and shared online. He feels that shifting the release date that the film isn't "ruined" before fans can see it. Disney is reportedly taking Abrahams request very seriously and a possible summer release is more likely to become possible.
One of the biggest and exciting links that the movie has this year is that the Millennium Falcon drone is being recreated in the movie. A YouTube user even reportedly built a Millennium Falcon radio-controlled quadcopter drone and even filmed himself flying it.
As for casting Warwick Davis will appear on the Episode 7 of Star Wars. Other stars that are allegedly casted in the movie also include Academy Award Winner Lupita Nyong'O and Gwendoline Christie who plays the role Brien in the television series The Game of Thrones.
On the other hand, the lightsabers that will be used in this season is also getting too much media attention. So far the only chance to get a real look on the lightsabers in "Star Wars the Force Awakens" was glimpse on the mysterious Sith Lord Kylo Ren holding the blade. The blade is now gaining attention and is even sparking debates on whether Apple has something to do with its new look.
With a new interview with Apple's head designer Jonathan Ive, fans can actually have an idea on how the popular blade will look like. Ive shares, "It was just a conversation, I thought it would be interesting if it were less precise, and just a little bit mire spitty, a lightsaber should be more analog and more primitive, and I think, in that way, somehow more ominous."
'Star Wars the Force Awakens is released on December 18.
