Yesterday, Hello Games tweeted informing gamers about sites claiming to have No Man's Sky beta keys are a scam. Thus, they should close the tab with a "derisive harrumph".
Game developer tweeted yesterday, "PLS NOTE! If you find a site claiming it has No Man's Sky beta keys it's a SCAM, and you should close the tab with a derisive harrumph." Responses from gamers varied as they wonder when would the upcoming game to [officially and finally to] release. They generally wish to have the official launching of the game itself as they are already tired of waiting as the official beta keys will be handed to gamers when the game is already launched.
One tweet from Viop (@renzidou) wanted to address to Hello Games that "waiting is so difficult." Another tweet from SugarKillsMe (@SugarKillsMe) said, "Phew! Now that I know, can I please have a beta keys from you guys? I'M DYING HERE." The rest of their tweets can be summarized as "We have been tired of waiting for the game." However, there are some who responded positively when they mentioned about being super patient while waiting for the game.
The developer said that "harrumph" is really a necessary step to prevent scammers to victimize gamers with their claims. So, one site said that the players will just have to wait until the official release. "Until we can get out hands on that sweet procedurally generated universe when the game releases," the site reported.
Meanwhile, Hello Games' Sean Murray revealed that they would be stepping down from attending at any game conventions in the future to make more progress of their 2015 PS4 game. Since the staff members of the game developer have been tight-lipped about the gameplay, it was reported that it will never have a specific mission objective to follow. Thus, players will be a chance to forge their paths they wish to go and explore.
What the gamers are anticipating is its thrilling gameplay.
