"The Young and the Restless" is going to end the week with a "dramatic" episode on February 20, with Jack and Victor on an alliance. Secrets about Austin's murder and Adam may also be revealed.
According to IB Times, "Y&R" will be focusing on Victor and Jack, with the storyline centering on their alliance and Austin's murder. Difficult times are ahead for Victor and Jack, which allegedly lead to the two working together, We Love Soaps mentions.
Victor sees Jack's lifeless body on Thursday's episode and with a "shred of compassion," Victor performs CPR. When asked about his decision to save Jack again, Victor mentions, "The people I love, love you."
As the two get to talking, their conversation veers towards Adam, with Victor saying he has something to say about the newly-returned Newman. Adam is seen going back inside the burning building to rescue Billy, Celeb Dirty Laundry recalls. With bad blood between the two, Adam is "clearly conflicted and lets slip to Billy (Burgess Jenkins) that he should leave him for dead just like Billy did to him."
Adam talks about "repaying his debt" and "being even," which had Billy looking confused. More might be revealed about what Adam means, as "An EMT patches up Adam and notices his tell-tale gun-shot scar."
Someone is also expected to make a confession, which could be related to Austin's murder. In line with the murder, Abby will be telling Mariah that Summer may be behind the death of Austin after the latter cheated on her.
Even the cast is tight-lipped about what is going to happen on Friday's episode and in upcoming weeks, as Victor's actor, Eric Braeden, responds to a question about Phyllis living with Victor, "I can't tell that's a secret, keep watching #YR to find out."
Braeden also admits to watching the show more often because of the "excellent job" done by writers. "I've been rivited [sic] by some story lines," Braden posts on Twitter.
Moreover, Braeden uses Twitter to hint at something happening with Jack, as he says the other is "not getting off that easy."
