The inspiration of Clint Eastwood's film 'American Sniper' top billed by Bradley Cooper, Chris Kyle has still ongoing battle even he already died two years ago. The suspect that allegedly killed him plead not gulity due to insanity and his murder trial originally scheduled on Monday was moved the next day at 10 in the morning because of cold weather in North Texas.

Based on investigation, former Navy SEAL Chris received a call on February 2, 2013 from the mother of suspect Eddie Ray Routh. She asked him to help her son who's a former marine. Kyle decided then to invite pal Chad Littlefield so together they bond with Routh in a shooting range. However, the supposed bonding time became a disaster when the suspect allegedly turned his gun to Kyle and Littlefield.

The argument of Routh's defense team is he's not guilty due to insanity when he shot Kyle and Littlefield. As reported by NBC, forensic psychiatrist Dr. Michael Dunn shared that when he examined Routh after the incident, the 27-year old former marine fired Kyle and Littlefield because he thought they might kill him because of world invasion of pigs.

"It was clear he was psychotic," Dunn, who also checked Routh's diagnosis at a VA hospital in 2011.

Meantime, prosecutors debated that Routh is legally responsible because he was high in marijuana and alcohol, apart from he had troubles with his family, jobs and money that day. He just diverted his anger to two victims when they ignored him. If prosecutors win this case, Routh will face life imprisonment without parole.

Prior to the rescheduled murder trial of the so called deadliest sniper in US military history, Kyle's 40-year old widow Taya attended 87th annual Academy Awards at Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday. Kyle supported American Sniper that garnered six nominations and won best sound editing award.

"Wanted to be here to represent Chris, obviously, and it's not the ideal time to do that, but I still wanted to embrace everything that he should be here to do with me," Taya said in her interview with ABC on the red carpet, where she also seen holding Kyle's military dog-tags.

Taya was the first one to testify for the case of husband, she said she chatted with him before meeting Routh. "I said, 'Is everything okay?' And he said, 'Yeah, I just need to get down there and get back,'" Taya recalled when her busband bid goodbye on the last day of his life in her interview with People.
