Following the recently concluded Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire EON ticket distribution event, Nintendo has announced two other upcoming Pokemon events will be held in Japan this month.
Serebii reported that Nintendo has dished details about the Shiny Rayquaza event where players will be given Rayquaza through a serial code across stores in Japan. They will have to go to the stores and present the attendant 3DS console and the Pokemon ORAS game.
This code will run from 14 March, 2015 to 12 April, 2015 but the code becomes redeemable from 14 March, 2015 to 1 May, 2015 only.
The stores that will give out Rayquaza are revealed below:
- The Pokemon Center
- Toys 'R' Us
- Ion
- 7/11
- Ito-Yokado
- Daiei
- Apita
- Fuji
The Fennekin Event which is a special distribution event is also slated for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire players in Japan. Despite that Pokemon Fennekin does not have any special moves, it holds the rare Destiny Knot item and also has a high Cute Contest statistics.
Players can get the Pokemon using the Serial Code SERENA01. What they have to do is go to Mystery Gift > Receive via Code > add the Serial Code. This can be used once each game and will be redeemable until 31 March, 2015.
As previously reported, the Eon Ticket for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire has gone live starting February 27 and available until March 2 only.
Pokemon ORAS fans can use the Eon Ticket to catch the Legendary Pokemon Latias or Latios, depending on which is used. However, not all owners had the opportunity to get a ticket, hence, Nintendo has made a convenient way to get one.
Here are the steps as reported by Gameranx :
"From the game startup screen, go to Mystery Gift > Receive Gift > Open Channel (Yes) > Get Code > Connect Online (Yes). The code is 2015LATIOSLATIAS. Click yes to receive the gift and get the chance to enter Southern Island.
Enter the save game and go to a delivery girl in the Pokemon Center. Once you get the Eon ticket, go to Petalburg City and find Norman in Petalburg Gym.
After some talking to, your father Norman will take you to the Lilycove Ferry and when some more talking is done, the ferry takes you to Southern Island. The path is clear for you to go to Latios or Latias, and then it's time to battle."
