The couple is said to pay the house they've rented for more or less 153,000 dollars. It measures 5,300 square meters. According to reports, the mansion is worth 30.5 million dollars in the real estate merchandise.
Reportedly, the said property of Beyonce and Jay-Z has nine bathrooms, seven bedrooms and a 75-foot long veranda to show their art pieces, collections or perhaps their trophies, medals and other citations. Furthermore, the mansion has a gym, an outdoor kitchen, a massage room as well as a tennis court. Not to mention the separate catering kitchen, an infinity pool with waterfall and a spa inside the astonishing house.
