Shailene Woodley's film, based Veronica Roth's "Divergent series" will be coming out in less than two weeks. The final trailer had been released already and the fans are looking forward to the movie's release date. The epic adventure revolves around Tris (Shailene Woodley), a divergent, who is being hunted down by the cruel leader Jeanine (Kate Winslet).
She's now on the run together with his romantic partner and confidante Four (Theo James) and their friends and family who flee from faction to faction to seek refuge. The battle for survival will not end unless the tyrant leaders will be stricken down.
Shailene Woodley and other "Insurgent" cast shares something about their characters
According to People, Shailene and her co-stars shared their sentiments about their characters. "She's fueled by the demons that haunt her. The loss of her parents and her friend make her feel like she is unstoppable in her quest for justice." Woodley says in an interview. Shailene's partner, Theo expounded on his take on his character "This movie is about his mission to protect Tris and the broader society, and mixed into that are his own personal demons." The lovers (Tris and Four) "are two damaged people who are trying to struggle through a war, which makes (their relationship) richer and more enticing." James added.
The main antagonist is Jeanine played by Kate Winslet. "Tris and Jeanine's relationship has become a power game. Jeanine has a very bizarre and uncomfortable fascination with and admiration for Tris.", Winslet says. "It's been really nice being able to wear all the cut, fitted dresses that help create such an intimidating villain. It made Jeanine feel much more powerful, cattier and nastier." the actress added.
