During the trial, there were subsequent appeals were heard alongside the graphic sexual nature from the testimonies and audio evidences that gained national attention. With these evidences gathered, they depicted Arias' manipulation to Alexander during their entire dating. This suggested that the previous claims of Arias that she was being abused from him contrasted to this new pieces of evidences gathered.

Legal analyst Hector Diaz cited his thoughts about the case's verdict of death penalty. He said, "We're getting this in social media, we're seeing clips, we're geting commentary about the testimony and what this meant or how this may have been interpreted. The fact of the matter is that these jurors who are sitting here - because of the rules of evidence - don't really get everything that we on the outside are getting. So in many respects, they're viewing this trial in a bubble. They're viewing it in a vacuum."

On the side of Travis Alexander, 30-year-old, Arias' former boyfriend, murdered, still remained seeking for justice of his death. However, the family will still have to wait for the final verdict from the court. However, if the jury remained undecided to their final decision for the accussed, this case will remain uncertain for the next years. If justice prevails, Arias can be penalized with either lifetime imprisonment [to be released after 25 years] or the worse, death.

There were reports detailed what would be Jodi Arias' life if she would be sentenced with death penalty. According to some sources, she can be confined to an 86.4-square foot prison cell. In her cell, a toilet, sink, bed, mattress were already installed as reported by Arizone Department of Corrections.

Furthermore, she is also allowed to have hygiene items, two appliances, two books and some writing materials. These can be purchased at the inmate commissary. Aside from that, she has also unlimited access to the legal research materials.

However, in the death row cells, inmates are not allowed to have contact with other inmates. Thus, she can do activities only for her own. So, she can do outdoor exercise time in a secured area around two hours a day, three times a week. Plus, shower for three times per week. She can have meals and medications in front of her cell.

But if she is about to be sentenced, she will be joining other two inmates Wendi Andriano and Shawna Forde. As mentioned, since 1937, the inmates should wait around 12 years before she will be executed.

In Arizona, lethal injection is their method of death. But for those who have been convicted prior to November 23, 1992 will be executed either by lethal gas or lethal injection.
