‘CSI Season 16’ is Cancelled? Show’s Fate is Yet to be Determined, CBS to Axe Crime Series

By

There is this one question that baffles CSI fans right now. Is the show going to be cancelled, or will we see another season of this crime drama on TV? For almost 15 years, the TV series has been doing great. However, with the new arrival of more 'interesting' shows, is it time for our favorite series to step down? Here are some fresh updates we have found.

I guess we are all left on a cliff as there is still no definite decision if CSI will stay, or will be kicked out. Apparently, CBS will need to thoroughly check the ratings and other review resources in order to conclude the show's fate. However, it was mentioned that the show is still strong. But then again, that's not enough to make them stay.

Meanwhile, the Forensic Outreach was able to provide some useful information which the show might consider. For example, we see in some CSI episodes that the team can enlarge or enhance a photo from a CCTV in an instant. That's possible, but it's not that easy. Also, fingerprint testing is a complex procedure and it seems that the TV series is always cutting some processes short.

While the above is true, we still think that CSI rocks. Who knows if their advance technology will inspire us to improve what we have at hand. Definitely, more crimes will be solved.

For the avid viewers out there, we feel the anxiety of waiting for the announcement. For more than a decade, the show has been our weekly companion and we were very eager to watch each episode. If the fate of CSI is unfavorable, then I guess we will just have to watch the previous episodes where the show was still hitting ratings like no other. Good news as a report revealed that Hulu was able to acquire exclusive SVOD rights to all our favorite CSI episodes.

Tune in as we search for more clues on CSI's direction. What do you think? Is it going to be renewed, or cancelled?
