BioWare recently reconfirmed about the first DLC pack of Dragon Age: Inquisition as the team currently busy with its development. No further details were mentioned regarding its possible release date.
Mark Darrah, executive producer for Dragon Age: Inquisition, announced earlier through his social media account that the content for the game's first DLC were now under progress.
However, since its first announcement, now a month ago, fans were now speculating if this will really be released by 2015 or then again, just like other game titles, to release early 2016. There were no reports yet as to how the progress of the game is doing, yet, Mike Laidlaw, game's creative director tweeted confirming about the DLC. He said that Dragon Age: Inquisition's DLC is underway that was first referenced from the beginning of February.
Apart from the DAI's first DLC, there will also be some additions to the gameplay. This referred to that gameplay mode whether it will be in a new singple player mode or multiplayer. But then again, no details were announced yet as of now.
Moreover, setting aside the DLC and the gameplay modes, BioWare also cited that they will also release new title updates to fix the concurring bugs and at the same time to introduce new content from the Patch 5 seen this week. With this patch, players can add party story system to help players keep additional inventory items. After they find the PC beta successful to aid the testing in the patches, the game developer decided to retain the program for Dragon Age: Inquisition.
On the other side, game developer detailed the patch notes available for Patch 5. According to one site source, this patch is likely to "fix the audio glitch where the music starts playing when it isn't supposed to." Other notes were also listed.
Meanwhile, BioWare recently tweeted that the Black Emporium will not be part of the Patch 5. They said, "The Black Emporium is not part of patch 5 for @dragonage. We are continuing to work on it based on the great beta feedback we received."
Amid these big delays and exclusion of some of the most exciting part of Dragon Age: Inquisition. Ironically, gamers still positive to its arrival.
